Plastic Surgery for Men on the Rise
A recent study by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons indicates that cosmetic plastic surgery procedures for men performed in 2010 were up 2% over 2009. Two procedures in particular were up significantly—face lifts by 14% and liposuction by 7%. Interestingly, the majority of the fastest-growing cosmetic procedures in the Men’s Top 10 were surgical, which is a change from the previous trend of growth in minimally-invasive treatments.
