As with any skin rejuvenation treatment, patients can extend results by adhering to a healthy lifestyle, including avoiding sun exposure, wearing sunscreen, not smoking, following a skin care regimen, and getting proper rest, hydration, and diet.

For PRP hair restoration, patients often notice new growth and thickening of existing hair within 3 to 6 months, with continued improvement over the following year. Results can last 12 to 24 months, depending on age, genetics, and hormonal influences. Regular maintenance treatments every 6 to 12 months are generally recommended to preserve healthy growth and density.
